He brings more than a decade of experience across complex property types—including industrial and logistics facilities, hospitality assets, multi-family housing, self‑storage, retail, office, and special‑use properties—supported by disciplined analysis, market expertise, and a commitment to defensible valuation practice.
As CEO, Armon leads Forum Appraisals with a focus on analytical rigor, statewide market coverage, and professional integrity. He oversees valuation strategy, quality assurance, and client service delivery, ensuring that every assignment is grounded in clear methodology, transparent reasoning, and reliable conclusions.
